How should I best use the boosters?
The NEXUM blend is perfect for smoothies, yogurt bowls, oats, or just in water.
If you choose to make a smoothie, add 2 scoops to a blender with a cup of frozen fruit, half cup water, and blend!
Pro smoothie tips: Berries are the healthiest fruits - low in sugar, higher in fibre, and packed with anti-oxidant polyphenols and flavonoids. Avoid using sugar-filled juices and opt for water. There is enough flavor from the booster and fruit that water doesn't dilute the smoothie like many would believe.
How many servings are in a bag?
Each bag contains 20 servings and is typically recommended for a month's supply.
For optimal health, we should be consuming a variety of foods on a weekly and monthly basis. This means not having the same meals every day. It is recommended that you consume Nexum 5-6 days a week to ensure you're getting that variety periodically. However, a 3-week subscription option is available if you find yourself consuming Nexum nearly every day.
Why is the serving size large?
Many supplement products are often criticized for being "pixie dust" due to how small their servings are and that it's nearly impossible to have any meaningful nutrient volume in such small serving sizes.
We ensure you're getting proper doses of these foundational nutrients, which means heftier serving sizes. NEXUM comes with over 30g of high-quality, amino-acid rich protein and 5g of micronized creatine. These are real servings - not a light sprinkling.
